O’Neal is beneficiary of Elk’s fundraising efforts

Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger The Missouri West Central District No. 4940 Elks fundraiser has bestowed a Smith & Wesson 38 to Pat O’Neal of Lamar. The district encompasses an expansive area and a gun raffle is held once a month, with winners being chosen from all over the state. This time the lucky winner was O’Neal, right, who won in the month of December. Jay Parrack, left, who is currently serving as administrative assistant to the state and is a member of the Lamar Elks Lodge No. 2800, was the one that sold the winning ticket.
