Mrs. Moser was born Oct. 9, 1925, at home to George and Laura (Blanchard) Baston. She attended Iantha and Liberal schools and was a graduate of Liberal High School. She married Earl Moser on Feb. 28, 1948, in Greenfield and they set up their housekeeping near Jasper, later moving to Noel and finally settling in Iantha.

Mrs. Moser worked at O’Sullivan Industries in the paint department until her retirement in 1991. She was a member of the Iantha Methodist Church.

Mrs. Moser was a kind, sweet lady that never raised her voice; a hard working country girl who would laugh uncontrollably, with tears running down her cheeks. She enjoyed her grandkids, Sunday dinners, gardening, canning the garden produce and hanging laundry on the clothesline to dry. She was partial to her dogs and cats.
