Housing development on hold pending approval of grant

Everything is currently on hold pending approval of a Brownfield grant to construct a 24 unit housing development on the site of the old Barton County Memorial Hospital. Cox Health Systems, the leasor of the current Cox Barton County Hospital, has offered $250,000 to assist Prairie Fire Development Group with the planned project.
