The Lamar Head Start had a special guest on Tuesday, April 17. Jeremy Augusta, from the Barton County Strength Club, spoke to a very active group of children. Augusta asked the students why it is important to exercise and many knew that it makes you healthier and makes bones stronger, but one of the interesting aspects is that it also helps with one’s memory. Here he is speaking to Isabella Ballard, who asked him questions regarding exercise.
