First Friday Cruise-In draws people to square

Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger Several cars were displayed on the west side of the Lamar square for the First Friday Car Show and Cruise-In. The inside lane was roped off so individuals could feature the variety of automobiles that were displayed. Also nice to see was the abundance of those sitting in their chairs on the sidewalk, visiting and patronizing the places that were open on that side of the square.
