Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger Those attending the last quarterly meeting of the year for the Barton County Chamber of Commerce were treated to an extremely interesting program with three various speakers. Lindsey Stevenson with MU Extension presented a slide show that showed ways to stay healthy in the workplace. Pictured are a couple of the exercises that Stevenson had the audience participate in to show ways to promote better health.
