ROBERT G. VALLE

LOCKWOOD- Services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 18, at Maple Grove Cemetery, north of Lockwood, for Robert G Valle, 89, Lockwood, who died at his farm in rural Lockwood on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019.

Arrangements were under the direction of Bland-Brumback Funeral Home in Stockton.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret; sons, Daniel V. Valle and Roberto J. Valle and several family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by a son, Jerome Valle and several siblings.

Mr. Valle was born Feb. 14, 1929, in Olton, Texas, to Hildo and Adela Guadjardo Valle. He worked as a ranch hand in Texas and in oil fields. He met and married Margaret Benavides in Corpus Christi, Texas. He worked for Con Products Refining Company for 28 years, then moved to Missouri in 1970, working for KCPL Power Plant in La Cygne, Kan., for five years.

He and his wife loved the farm and what God had provided for them. They were dedicated members of the United Methodist Church of Lockwood and diligently served the Lord and had a strong faith. He had a strong work ethic and was glad to help everyone in need.
