For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligations secured by deed of trust executed by STEVEN C. STANDLEY and CHRISTINE J. STANDLEY, husband and wife, dated 1st day of May, 2018, recorded in Book 2018, Page 618, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Barton County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on August 15, 2019, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at the West front door of the Barton County Circuit Courthouse located at 1004 Gulf Street in Lamar, Missouri, said sale to begin at 2:00 o’clock p.m., sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:
